RODNEY MICHAEL TIBBS
FULL NAME: Rodney Micheal Tibbs
NICK NAME: Roddy Tibbs, Sarge, Sergeant
AGE: Thirty-two
OCCUPATION: Town Clerk
ORIENTATION: Bisexual
ALLIANCE: Neutral
FACE CLAIM: Callum Blue
EYE COLOR: Gray
HAIR COLOR: Brown
HEIGHT AND WEIGHT: 6'3" 172 lb.
DESCRIPTION: Rodney is tall and lean, and like his Disney character pretty slender. He's in his early thirties, and looks the part, having a little bit of maturity to his features. His hair is a dark brown, and cut short with a part on the left side. His eyes have a few dark circles under his eyes from stress and lack of sleep, but his dark gray irises are very expressive, whether that be with fear, nervousness, or determination. One thing that stands out a bit about Rodney, is that he's always dressed very formally. He tends to choose very mature clothes, such as collared shirts and slacks, or suits with ties. He cares enough about appearances to try to look presentable regardless of the occasion. Though he doesn't try for this, he certainly looks the part of a responsible adult.
PERSONALITY: Rodney is like Sgt. Tibbs in a lot of ways. For example, he is very responsible and dutiful. He's not the kind of guy to turn down someone in need, and is always prepared to lend a hand when someone is in trouble, even if it means putting himself in danger. Because of this he's typically the one people come to with their issues. If he had to give his opinion honestly, however, sometimes he doesn't like being that guy. He's more comfortable being a follower, rather then a leader, but it doesn't always end up that way for him.
Similarly, he is not always the most steady-hearted individual. Like Sgt. Tibbs from the films, he's a mix between being a scardy-cat and a noble soldier, and though that doesn't seem like it would be a good mix, he pulls it off quite nicely. Rodney, on his own, gets a bit stressed sometimes. He tends to be startled easily, and has trouble sleeping (since dogs and horses keep waking him up). He can be a bit fidgety in front of higher authority, but is also very respectful. Like Sgt. Tibbs was when rescuing 99 pupies, Rodney gets intimidated easily by frightening places and people but he's courageous enough to push on through.
Roddy on his own is a nice guy, if not a bit socially awkward. He finds really lame things interesting and tends to ramble. He's not that great at talking to people without pretext, and that comes out most obviously when he has a crush on someone. More often then not, he fumbles it and runs away.
HOMETOWN: London, England
FAMILY MEMBERS: Rodney's mum, Virginia Tibbs (58) and maternal grandmother Margret Galewind (82)
HISTORY: Rodney was born August 20th 1979 in London, England. His father passed away very early on in his life, leaving him to be brought up by his mother and maternal grandmother. Since he grew up the only man of the house, he tried to take on a lot of responsibility for himself. As a child he started delivering papers and babysitting in order to help bring money into the house, and was always running errands for people. Because his Disney character was not a very definitive one, it was much later into his high school career before he received his letter, and he didn't take it very seriously to begin with.
He joined the United Kingdom's army reserve when he was nineteen, drawn to a military occupation due to his Disney character. Once that happened, the letters became more and more insistent, which freaked him out a bit. Eventually, the military discharged him, for a reason that never became clear to Rodney, and he finally decided to listen to the letters and come to Memory, Maine in the United States.
Before enrolling in Harmony, Rodney hadn't had a lot of interaction with his Disney character except for certain traits in his personality, and things he liked or was drawn to unaccountably. As he went through Harmoney college, Sgt. Tibbs awakened over time, and not through any outstanding circumstances. It was a bit anti-climatic, but Rodney didn't think he was anyone too exciting anyway. Once he graduated, he decided to stay in Memory, though all of his character's memories have awakened. Though he has great sense of organization and civic duty, he likes to joke that he only became a town clerk because no one else would do it.
DISNEY CHARACTER: Sgt. Tibbs
ABILITIES/ATTRIBUTES: Rodney has the ability to transform into his scrawny tabby cat form. As a cat, he is a dirty reddish-brown color, with bright yellow eyes. As it's shown in the film, he can squeeze through tight places and use his paws in a similar way to hands, in order to grab things, (like lost puppies).
DESCRIPTION: Sgt. Tibbs awoke in Rodney somewhere in his first few years of college. Both of them are similar enough in personality, they get along pretty seamlessly. Sgt. Tibbs main influence is giving Rodney a little bit more courage when he needs it, and a bit extra nervousness when he doesn't. Sgt. Tibbs, being fully awakened now, is also very concerned about watching over any of the puppies and their hosts. Sgt. Tibbs also tends to make him salute at odd times.

Calamus walked up to the manor he knew from just yesterday. Having actually completed the last mission, the old woman was pleased with them, and so this time both he and his partner were specifically asked for to do this next little mission. Cally almost felt important, being asked for like that, though he knew it was going to be as simple of a task as before. He still couldn’t help but wear a tiny smile, his cheeks a bit rosy just from the flattery. He thought he might have been the first here again, though he could have been wrong. When he buzzed the doorbell, the woman’s voice called out, “Who is it~?” He smiled a bit more, actually feeling a bit better about talking into the thing, rather then stuttering out a quick response like he’d done before. “It’s Calamus~” He called back, and could almost feel the old woman’s smile. “Oh, wonderful. The flowers are over on the porch there dear. I was only able to dig one hole, due to these old joints.” The Celestial mage looked over to the side to see the various flowers all planted in those little plastic pots, and in front of the porch there was one small dug hole and a gardening shovel with some gloves. “Oh, I see.”
From where he was now, he could also see his partner and wondered when he got here. Cally waved to him, but turned his eyes back to the speaker when he heard the old woman speak again. “I can’t remember, did I mention I wanted it in a pattern in the mission?” Margret mused over the intercom. Cally nodded, then realized she couldn’t see that. “Y-yes. Do you want a certain one?” He asked, just wanting to make sure he didnt mess it up. “Oh no, just something nice. I’m sure you’ll think of something. When you’re done, I’ll buzz your right in.” Calamus nodded again, then walked over to the part of the porch where there flowers where. He reached down to pick up a tulip pot, speaking to his partner, but being very careful to watch the pot so he didn’t drop it. “So… maybe one of us can dig and then the other one can plant them? That will probably get it done the quickest. Probably, I mean, I think it will.
If Cally was given the choice, he would prefer to plant the flowers rather than dig the holes. He hadn’t dug a hole before, and he wasn’t sure if he could make it the right size for a flower. In fact, it would be really embarrassing if he tried to dig a hole and he took forever, or couldn’t even break that far into the dirt. The idea of that happening cowed his quite a bit, so he hoped that Rama would like the digging option rather then the planting option. “Oh, and uh, we have to decide in what pattern to put them. Like, they could be checkered or… in a row… or something.” He blinked, not really being able to think of a whole lot of patterns he could put two kinds of flower in. He supposed he’d just wait and see what his partner thought.
