PERSONALITY: He is portrayed as a self-righteous, ruthless, vicious and arrogant sociopath. He believes that everyone should walk that path of righteousness when he alone has quite a good number of issues. However, he believes he is a good Christian man and everyone else walks the path of a heathen who does not follow the way of God. He believes he is making the world a better place by his actions which may involve some outlandish claims.
HOMETOWN: Paris, France
FAMILY MEMBERS: Mother and father both dead. He does have an estranged younger brother, and if questioned on the subject he will deny the man's existence entirely.
HISTORY:
Frollo grew up in a strict household which allowed him later in life to pursue jobs that required such a state of mind and body and then later in life a Minister of Justice. Having been privatly tutored in his youth, he carried on to spend his time in a monastery before leaving to pursue a career in law. During that time he found his path strongly related to the Christian way. He couldn't quite understand why he felt it was his calling to become a Minister as well as carrying on to become a Judge. It was never pressed upon him during his youth, but always found the sense of power alluring and seductive in all it's own. He claimed it was the power of the Lord carrying him to the right path in life.
However, when that letter of acceptance filtered into his life when he was nearly in his late 30's, he quickly accepted and found himself being flown to this mystical place of wonderment. Here, he graduated, came to terms with his true calling [ that being part of a larger operation of a 'spirit' within'] , he took it all with pride and acceptance feeling that he was made to teach all these heathens that apparently in some other 'life' he had failed to do so.
He now teaches at Classic Academy , where others have not yet tapped into their true inner callings. His teachings, he hopes, with the will of God will finally break loose their true form. His classes are strict, harsh, and very well made to make the student second guess their leading life. He also has a goal within the city. To purge it from all other 'unqualified' characters. Those who could not tap into their inner characters should more or less be gone, oh and of course all the heathens out there.
DISNEY CHARACTER: Judge Claude Frollo
ABILITIES/ATTRIBUTES: The position of power is held within his grasp. Being that of a teacher he can easily call out rules here or there. He can be a formidable foe in the wake of power. He has the ability to manipulate people and call forth the law on others at ease.
DESCRIPTION: As mentioned in his history, he felt the calling early on in life. However, there was something wrong. He felt empty, as if he failed his purpose at a early age. Even the words of his Savior could not lift this overwhelming feeling of defeat. It was only, after series of education and self discipline of the church he found himself face to face with the letter from the Classic Academy. Having not believed it at first, he dismissed it until fully understand the part that he just might 'play' in life.
Studying always allowed him to grasp a bigger picture. So he did his homework and found the personality and the urges to fit perfectly well with this character. Not only did he possess the same feelings and ambitions, his name was remarkably familiar. His parents no longer around, he could not question his existence. Having stumbled into a whirlwind of confusion and doubt, he packed his bags and flew to Maine.
In the end, he found his calling even so far as to teach at the boarding school. He also has a goal within the city. To purge it from all other 'unqualified' characters. Those who could not tap into their inner characters should more or less be gone, oh and of course all the heathens out there. He is determined not to be swayed off course, from a 'dancer' that was once his downfall in another life.
YOUR NAME: Ry
YOUR AGE: Twentys
YOUR RP EXPERIENCE: Eight Years
The morning in Notre Dame was always busy. It only tapered down in the evening, when all the city had dwelled in the goods they needed for that day. The night was made for lovers and with it a calming effect all over the city. But the mornings were the busiest for Judge Claude Frollo. Not only did he have judicial duties that usually came with a long list of those who needed to be persecuted; it help many openings of misconduct and the winning of daily bread. That winning easily went down as stealing in some cases.
From the building of Notre Dame herself, Frollo lifted his chaperon onto his head. He had done his duties in mass; paid the contribution in the Church's donation pan, confession of the lesser peasant folk, and lastly his prayer to uphold the standards of the church. Turning to face the church he directed his vision on the Rose Window which depicted the Holy Mother and the infant Lord Jesus. “In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Sancti. Amen.” his hand followed the motions of the cross while speaking the sacred prayer.
Already there were various shouts among the public streets, he could usually tune out such peasant talk. Though only when the word 'thieves!' ran out did he actually put in effort to pin-point the obstruction. Once the word was spoken on the streets it quickly made its round like a wild fire, causing an uproar and sending everyone to be part of the problem. Quickly Frollo ordered his men to lock down any exits with one simple snap of his fingers. A guard who was posted by the doors of Notre Dame dismissed himself to fetch Frollo's horse. The behemoth beast was brought to the Judge in no time flat. Mounted on his trusty steed he made his way towards the grouping of people.
“Gypsies! Who do you expect, I saw a few scramble towards the docks...” Frollo made sure to send his men in all directions just in case some of the talk was true among the crowds. A guard who was a bystander when all hell broke loose quickly brought himself to Frollo's side. “Two of them as far as I can tell. One attempted to steal a bushel of grapes, the other one looked like a older man. No doubt stealing goods as well. I'm sure they are in it together. Orders Sir?” The man was a young Soldier, eager to keep his position in the fleet at high ranking.
“Find them. If they steal once they are bound to steal again...If not already.” He would flesh this city from the cockroaches that gather and steal. A gypsy was a leech in the system. They didn't feed the economic system, nor did they support any of the moral standings of the Church. Such vermin needed to be squashed. For years he tried desperately to clear them out from his city and for years he failed to snuff out them all.
Though Frollo never gave up so easily.
[ I added the course study of Religious Studies, if that is not acceptable I will tweak it! :] ]
