HEIGHT AND WEIGHT: Stands only five feet tall and weighs 110 pounds.
DESCRIPTION: Saggezza is Italian and as such retains her Italian accent. She is sort of short and small in size with long, white blonde hair and icy blue eyes. She is also very pale looking almost as white as an albino.
There seems to be this almost foggy looking smoke that surrounds her and follows her as she walks, making it exceedingly difficult for her to hide her character. Not that she ever really tried hiding her character before once she unlocked the magic mirror within. But it did make making friends harder since people either feared her, were impressed by her abilities or wanted to use her to help further their own character plots. Now Sage didn't mind helping the heroes out with their plots, but the villains was another story entirely. She hated them and it was no secret that she did. Most everybody in Maine knew how Saggezza felt about the villains.
However, Sage had to admit that there had been a few villains that she sympathized with and felt sorry for. It is these villains she seems to have no problems helping. She feels that the villains are only evil because they got the raw end of the deal and naturally resorted to scheming to get what they want, which most always is what the heroes already have. Sage believes that villains are usually only villains out of pure circumstance. "For if the roles were switched then it would be the heroes who are evil and not the villains." Because of her firm view on this some of the town's heroes are a bit wary of her.
PERSONALITY: Saggezza is very wise and brutally honest. She never lies to anyone about anything. She dislikes villains and prefers the heroes, but is forced to take a more neutral role due to her inability to tell lies.Sagezza is also very loyal to her friends and allies, desiring nothing more than to help them the most. She is also very brave and doesn't allow people to walk all over her. She's the type who doesn't take crap from anyone. Saggezza is a very mysterious and charismatic individual.
HOMETOWN: A small town in Italy where most everyone knows everyones business.
FAMILY MEMBERS: Her parents.
HISTORY: Check the description section for Sage's history.
In addition there was a time when she ran into the ugly stepsister, Drizella's host who was dressed in her finest clothes, all ready to go to a big party and Drizella knowing perfectly well who Sage was asked her how she looked to which Sage simply replied, "I cannot tell a lie, your dress is indeed fine, made from silk and fine cloth. However, neither that nor the pretty green color can disguise the fact that you do not look at all fine." Infuriated by Sage's answer, Drizella laughingly sprayed Saggezza with a water hose. "So much for me the one not looking fine ya stupid mirror," Drizella coldlly shot back before calmly walking away.
This move by the ugly stepsister's host upset Saggezza considerably. She never wanted to be the mirror's host, forced to answer questions like some sort of information slave. Of course her wisdom allowed her to see that it was not her Disney character's fault, but that of fate. She would just have to deal with peoples reactions to her not so lovely answers.
However, her job as Memory's fortune teller did have its perks too like when she gets to give people positive news and seeing the look on their happy faces when she gives it to them. That part always made her feel good. She also seemed to be quite popular or was that merely an illusion? Nonetheless, everyone did seem to know who she was and that certainly was a start.
DISNEY CHARACTER: The magic mirror from Snow White.
ABILITIES/ATTRIBUTES: Like her cartoon counterpart, Saggezza can see into the future. So if you've got a question, a question of any sort Sage can and will always answer you truthfully for Sage is unable to lie. Naturally, the fact she can't ever lie about anything frustrates Sage to no end for quite a few of her customers are not the most savory of sorts. This upsets Saggezza for it is no secret that she doesn't much care for villains. So whether you are a hero or a villain or even somewhere in between come on down to Sage's shop and she'll tell you what's what.
DESCRIPTION: Saggezza has been aware of her inner character, the magic mirror ever since that fateful day where she met the wrong person. It was on that day where she was a young girl no more than ten. Now Saggezza was a really sweet, kind child except she had one little problem or rather a big problem. She had a nasty habit of lying and all the time it seemed too. Why? No one knew, but her parents assumed it was just a stage and that she'll grow out of it soon.
However, as time went on with very little change, her parents understandably enough became concerned and took their young daughter to see their hometown's child psychologist. Of course the family had no idea of the psychologist's true identity otherwise they may have thought twice about bringing Sage to see her. After evaluating the girl, the psychologist simply smiled and ask the girl's parents if she could try something. They agreed seeing no harm in it and almost immediately the psychologist muttered a few words in Latin. After which the psychologist proudly declared, "your daughter shall never again lie to you or to anyone else...forever." "What do you mean?" Sage's mom warily asked. The psychologist just smiled and said, "go and you shall soon see." So the parents reluctantly left with their young daughter.
Back at their home it did not take them very long to discover the truth. For every since their ecounter with the mysterious child psychologist, Saggezza stopped lying altogther and instead told the truth and nothing, but the cold, hard truth. Yes, it seemed the child psychologist was not kidding when she said Sage would never again lie. The parents were happy about this at first, but having a kid around who never lied about anything started to become exhausting. Saggezza, they quickly found out was not only honest, but brutally honest.
One day they got so sick of it they returned to the child psychologist to demand she undo whatever she did to their beloved daughter. But, the mysterious woman was nowhere to be found. Her receptionist noticed them looking for her and informed them she had moved.
Not long after that Saggezza received her letter to Memory. Sage read and re-read her letter finding it unnerving on how much these...these complete strangers seemed to know about her. So against her parents' wishes (who felt she could benefit from going) she tossed her letters into their fireplace and smirked. But, the letters kept coming and Saggezza soon found she could no longer ignore them.
So after telling her parents goodbye, Sage left for memory to start her life anew despite her only being a high school freshman. After attending a few classes, Sage's inner Disney character awakened and she slowly began to feel wiser, more mature even despite her youth. And by the time she graduated from Classic Academy, she was then able to use her character's abilities to answer peoples' questions, but like the mirror she must answer them honestly.
Ever since she unlocked the magic mirror, Sage found if funny that her she is hosting a male cartoon character rather than a female one. Seriously, what is up with that? She would often wonder. For she could think of no one else hosing a Disney character who is of the opposite gender. 'Even here in Memory, I am a freak.' Nonetheless, Sage tried not to let it bother her and everyone else seems to have gotten used to the idea that the magic mirror's host is a girl and not a half bad looking one at that.
She and the mirror seem to get along quite well, that is after Sage recovered from the initial shock. In fact, the two really don't argue all that much or at all and they seem to make a great team. Every now and then Sage will allow the magic mirror's voice to escape her lips, which no doubt freaks the newcomers out- a deep male's voice coming from a pretty youngish girl.
YOUR NAME: Heather
YOUR AGE: 24
YOUR RP EXPERIENCE: 2 and a half years.
YOUR SAMPLE: If anything the Hatter loved tea parties and by love we mean obsessed. He loved making others angry at his tea parties and impatient and annoyed. He thought it rather amusing to see the annoyed and angered look on their face as they stomp off to leave. His favorite to annoy was the Queen herself and yes, he was very bold to do so.
And yet he was still alive. And because he was alive and because she didn't chop his head off just yet he thought her weak or at least losing power. So, he decided to make jokes about the Queen behind her back. It didn't take very long for him to become the looking glass's unofficial comedian. In fact, others thought him so funny they actually came to hear him speak ill of the Queen.
He wore bright colored loud shirts and equally bright pants along with a tall top hat, cane and tall boots. The eccentric also didn't much care about staying nice and tidy. He was a total pack rat saving nearly anything and everything he could find. He like most have heard of the crazed Queen's plans for bringing outsiders in to fight each other to death in order to escape. The Hatter decided to be against this idea simply because the Queen is for it.
The Mad Hatter, meanwhile, was busily having one of his stupid tea parties. There he was also telling his favorite anti-Queen jokes thinking himself such a funny little rebel. Several others were all standing around listening. "Yeah, I suppose I would want more peanuts in my daily coffee too if I was as big as an elephant," the Hatter joked, sipping casually on some of his tea. "Careful Hatter, you might get in trouble and the Queen will send her guards after you," one patron interjected while the others just laughed. The Hatter just leaned casually against a wall and smirked. He raised a brow. "Oh really? And what may I ask can they do to me? Paper cut me to death perhaps," he joked earning even more laughs. Seeing he was getting somewhere, he smiled and continued. "But, guys seriously though. Her guards are hehe actual playing cards. Hey, that rhymes guards cards!" He exclaimed. His audience roared with laughter.
